Sandover Pinder, in association with Donaldson and Warn, was selected from a pool of prominent national architects to design the Old Treasury Buildings Redevelopment in the centre of Perth’s CBD. The aim of this project is to retain the external architecture of these buildings, which reflect the early colonial period of Perth, while reinvigorating the internal areas for a blend of office, commercial and hospitality uses linked to a modern multi-level office structure.
