Located in a heritage building in the centre of Perth, Sandover Pinder’s offices are a credit to the consultancy’s own creative design team. Extensive renovations were undertaken to the historic Cremorne Arcade Buildings in Hay Street. The interior was then transformed into an exciting, modern studio which encourages collaboration through open planning, flexible and stimulating work environments and extensive meeting areas. The transformation has retained and featured many original elements of the building, including the exposed brick, expansive ceiling spaces and high windows. It illustrates perfectly how clever architectural design can maintain the unique character of a building, while changing its layout for modern-day use.
